Hull Lighthouse requires bank Female Night Workers for its first intensive supported house, The Ark. Night Workers supervise the evening meal, run activities and provide support during the evening, and oversee residents getting up in the morning. In between, they have a 7-hour on call sleeping night and will be paid their normal rate if they work during the night in case of incident or emergency.
Hull Lighthouse is recruiting Bank Female Housing Support Workers for The Ark, its first intensive house for vulnerable women. The Housing Support Workers are the backbone of the service, working directly with the residents as their first port of call. Working 8 hour shifts, either early or late, they will run activities, supervise mealtimes and provide support for the women’s occupancy. Bank workers are required to cover annual leave, staff sickness, etc.
